Job Boards Need to State the Rates That Jobs Pay

  1. In this video I talk about the fact that job advertisements on job boards rarely state the rates that are paid for the position.

    This is something that I find very frustrating so I thought I would expand the issue in a video :)

    I'd love to hear your thoughts on this so please leave a comment below.

  3. Agreed. It would save a lot of time.

    Unfortunately, people don't define this as they're not sure themselves. They can easily set a price that undercuts talent.
  4. Even a ballpark figure would be helpful. Some of the website owners have their heads in the clouds. They have forms that take 30 minutes to complete. Their ads give no idea of how much are paid and yet at the end some of these jobs pay next to nothing. I have quoted $0.25 to some website owners and they have replied with "We were looking to pay $10 per 1,000 word article". There needs to be some sort of indication how much a particular job pays.
